World Wide Travel One Agency Group is pleased to provide our customers ("the user of any of our services or purchaser of any product sold through our retail travel offices, business travel centre or online web agencies") the following outline of our website's terms and conditions of usage.
Reservation Usage Agreement and Notice
This Agreement is between the user and World Wide Travel One Agency Group. This is non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to anyone else by the individual user nor can this be resold or reassigned for any legal action.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group is offered to you, the customer ("the user"), conditioned on acceptance by the customer ("the user") without modification of the terms, conditions, notices and other items contained herein.
The customer ("the user") when accessing and using either our retail travel offices, business travel centres, or online websites, constitutes your agreement to all such notices ("the Agreement").
World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies makes no representations or warranties as to the content's completeness or accuracy and World Wide Travel One Agency Group makes no representations about the content's suitability for any purposes.
In no event is World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies liable for any damages, and related issues etc., arising out of, or in any way connected with the use of this website for the purposes of searching, making and purchasing any travel service.
The customer understands, accepts and agrees that World Wide Travel One Agency Group and any employee of World Wide Travel One Agency Group are acting only as an agent of any specific travel supplier(s) reserved, booked or shown on this website and cannot be held liable for any travel supplier bankruptcy, or failure to perform travel services as described by an employee, in brochure or on website and/or as related to the travel supplier's respective promotional or product brochure nor make any commitment of service for such or on behalf of any travel supplier at any time, whatsoever in regards to any request made by the customer.
The customer understands, accepts and agrees that World Wide Travel One Agency Group and each and every travel supplier that is represented have their own terms and conditions which may or may not affect the customer and that these individual supplier terms and conditions are listed within their respective brochure and are made available upon request from the customer. The customer is highly recommended to obtain a current copy of the respective travel supplier brochure and fully review the travel product to be purchased and the terms and conditions of the respective travel supplier listed in their brochure. The customer should and is highly recommended to visit the specific tour company's online site or obtain an actual brochure of the tour company they (the customer) has chosen to book to ensure they are aware of specific facilities, restaurants, services, etc, and of the terms and conditions of the booking for their specific tour operator.
The customer understands, accepts and agrees that World Wide Travel One Agency Group has advised the client that individual travel suppliers may change or it may be different from the representations regarding airline transportation, airline arrival/departure times, airline seating, tour and cruise ship accommodations, food and beverage, events, facilities and entertainment, scheduled tours or ports of call, and other related services or products are subject to change or cancellation and no compensation to the client will be made for these by World Wide Travel One Agency Group nor can the client hold World Wide Travel One Agency Group liable for such. The client may not receive any compensation from any travel supplier who makes such changes or provides alternative service or product to what was originally reserved and paid for by the customer in person, by phone or on this website. The customer is aware that certain additional charges may apply with or to their booking including but not limited to seat selection, onboard food and beverage purchases, checked airline baggage, local entrance/departure fees etc., which may not be collected in advance by your specific tour supplier and will require customer payment at destination. Please contact us for further information. These additional charges are collected by the individual travel supplier and not included in your price as provided by World Wide Travel One Agency Group.
The customer understands, accepts and agrees that the customer is responsible for ensuring they have proper proof of identification; a valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passport, which must be valid for at least six (6) months after your scheduled return date and any Visa Requirement(s) and Health Vaccination(s) and such for applicable destinations.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group cannot be held liable and will not provide compensation in any form should the customer fail to have proper identification and compliance with the local entry/exit requirements of a specific country.
The customer understands, accepts and agrees that the customer meets the minimum airline check in time or risk being denied boarding with no compensation. We highly recommend that all customers reconfirm all airline arrival and departure times directly with the specific airline.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies act only as an agent for airlines, hotel companies, car rental companies, bus companies, railroads, tour operators, cruise lines, insurance companies and other related suppliers whose product or service provides transportation or accommodation or insurance coverage and may appear in this website and as such these suppliers are independent and do not act for or on behalf of World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies and are not servants of World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies with whom we do not have a business relationship as joint venture, partnership or any other relationship.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies have advised the customer and such customer has agreed that World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies shall not be or become liable for any loss, costs, expense, injury, accident or damage to person or property resulting directly or indirectly from (i) the acts or omissions of any travel supplier represented by World Wide Travel One Agency Group including but not limited to delays, cancellation of services, cessation of operations, breakdown in machinery, bankruptcy, changes in fares, itineraries, services and/or products and (ii) acts of God, dangerous incidents at sea, fire, acts of government or other authorities, wars, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, other disease, climate aberrations, and/or (iii) any other cause beyond World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies individual control and responsibility of such.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies have advised the customer and the customer has agreed that only individual travel suppliers whose head office is in the Province of Ontario and registered with the appropriate travel regulators in the Province of Ontario and Government of Canada may be covered under the Travel Industry Council of Ontario Re Assurance Policy in the event of a specific travel supplier stopping or ceasing operations and/or defaulting into bankruptcy.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies have advised the customer and the customer has agreed that no guarantee exists of partial or full repayment of any individual travel supplier for money or funds paid to the travel supplier by the customer if such travel supplier ceases operations or defaults into bankruptcy regardless of the head office location of the travel supplier.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies have advised the customer and the customer has agreed that it cannot hold or make liable for any reason or for any amount World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or its related companies for any travel supplier who stops operation and/or goes bankrupt and World Wide Travel One Agency Group will not provide any compensation back to the customer whatsoever for such occurrence.
Customer Travel Insurance
The customer understands, accepts and agrees that the customer and individuals booked by the customer to travel has been strongly advised to purchase Customer Travel Insurance including but not limited to the following insurances - Individual Medical Insurance and Cancellation/Interruption Insurance.
A customer who has purchased Customer Travel Insurance from World Wide Travel One Agency Group will receive a paper or email confirmation from us and the customer's individual credit card will show a charge (amount is based on the type of insurance purchased) from Manulife Travel Insurance which is the customer's confirmation of insurance coverage. If you have purchased travel insurance and fail to receive a paper or email confirmation and a charge on your credit card from Manulife Travel Insurance then you must immediately contact our Customer Care Centre since travel insurance has not been processed and you are not covered by Manulife Travel Insurance.
Customers are advised that certain countries require proof of insurance coverage (normally Medical Travel Insurance) upon arrival into the country to enter the country. Customers who do not have out of country medical coverage are strongly recommended to purchase insurance coverage prior to attempting to enter these countries. You may be denied entry into certain countries without proof of medical insurance or you may be required to purchase medical insurance upon arrival. If you are unsure of the requirements for your destination please contact us for further information to avoid any unnecessary problems upon your arrival.
Age Requirement and User Responsibility
You "the user" warrant that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to book in person, by phone or use this website in accordance with all the terms and conditions herein.
You "the user" warrant that you meet the minimum requirements for booking and for purchasing air, car, hotel, travel product and/or specific vacation packages. You "the user" warrant that you are the owner of the credit card provided in person, by phone or on this website and agree to be financially, legally, and exclusively responsible for all obligations for use of the travel services provided by World Wide Travel One Agency Group.
You "the user" warrant that all information supplied by you is complete and accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of any individuals you are making a reservation and/or purchase for including but not limited to minors under your care.
Customers are advised that many travel suppliers require a minimum age to reserve and utilize their airline, hotel, car rental or cruise ship. Customers must meet these minimum age requirements and have the ability to provide a major credit card upon check in to any hotel or cruise ship as required by specific travel suppliers.
Customers are advised that during certain periods of the calendar year, these minimum age requirements can be changed by specific travel suppliers ie Christmas/New Year's Period, Spring Break Period, March Break Period and other times.
Legal Passenger Names
The customer is aware that all passenger names submitted at the time of reservation must be the legal passenger name as it appears on a valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passport.
All travellers must have a valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passport including infants and children under sixteen (16) years of age.
For customers who may be getting married prior to travel and/or will be married during their travel, please use your legal name prior to marriage ie your maiden (single) name.
Verification Customer Ticket Information
The customer, upon receipt of any paper confirmation, email transmission, general information and/or passenger ticket information from World Wide Travel One Agency Group and/or any travel supplier is selected by the customer, the customer accepts responsibility to check the passenger ticket information for any errors or missing information in regards to any of the following but not limited to correct legal spelling and complete spelling of all legal names of travelling customers and ensure that the ticketing information package has all applicable ticket documentation including airline tickets, hotel vouchers, cruise vouchers, transfer vouchers and other optional travel or cruise optional tours.
If this information is incorrect, you must contact World Wide Travel One Agency Group immediately upon receipt of the customer ticket information/receipts/tickets.
Proof Of Citizenship
The customer and all travelling passengers including infants and children under sixteen (16) years of age must have a valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passport.
The customer understands that certain travel suppliers ie cruise lines offer country specific promotions that may offer different pricing than what is offered in Canada and that you must be a citizen of this specific country and have a permanent residence to qualify for these types of promotions.
Canadian Born Citizens
You must travel with a valid Canadian Government Issued Passport at all times to ensure entry/exit from any foreign country including the USA. All travellers regardless of age must have a proper valid Canadian Government Issued Passport, including infants and children.
Your valid Canadian Government Issued Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months after your scheduled return date or you may be declined boarding of any airline, coach tour bus or cruise ship.
Non Canadian Born Citizens
We recommend that you check directly with the country you are visiting to obtain proper entry/exit information for that specific country.
Health Vaccinations and VISA Requirements Important Notice
It is up to the individual to ensure proper entry or exit identification is obtained prior to your departure dates. Your failure to have proper identification ie Valid Canadian Government Issued Passport including any Visa requirements, Health Vaccination(s) and such for applicable destinations may result in you and your travellers being refused entry.
Paper Confirmations, E-Mail Confirmation and Travel Documents
The customer and all travelling passengers must be aware of and have secured valid photo identification, visa requirements, health requirements and other requirements you need to be aware of for your specific trip
The email confirmation and travel documents have important information and you must read them fully including but not limited to items such as required airport or cruise ship check in times ie. three (3) hours prior for any charter airline flight including all vacation and/or cruise ship packages listed on this website.
Failure to adhere to these requirements will result in possible denial of boarding of the aircraft or cruise ship without compensation from the travel supplier and/or World Wide Travel One Agency Group.
Travel Cancellation Notice and Conditions
You "the user" warrant that you understand the travel purchase you made, or are about to make and understand the cancellation notice and conditions of cancellation.
The customer fully understands and accepts that unless otherwise stated the travel products on this website are one hundred (100) percent non-refundable and non-changeable and any cancellation would result in one hundred (100) percent loss of any payment made prior to the cancellation of the travel product purchased on this website.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group automatically charges for the following:
Individual Name Correction
$50.00 per person. This includes but not limited to omission or incorrect spelling of first name or middle name or last name not matching the traveller's valid identification ie your valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passport.
Individual Date of Birth or Other Name Corrections
$50.00 per person. This includes but not limited to incorrect date, month or year of age, sex, or Mr, Mrs, Ms etc as listed on the traveller's valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passport.
Trip Cancellation Fee(s)
$150.00 per person. This includes cancellation of your all inclusive holiday, or other vacation package.
All fees above are plus applicable local and provincial taxes.
Additional Charges or Service Fees
You "the user" warrant that you authorize World Wide Travel One Agency Group to charge to your credit card additional charges or service fees that may be warranted including service fees for airline tickets where applicable and additional charges for delivery of tickets requested.
These charges will appear as separate charges and may appear under one of the following names: Individual Airline, Individual Travel Supplier, World Wide Travel One or IATA Ticketing Processing Fee depending on your credit card.
Customers Booking Cruise Vacations – Additional Notice(s)
Cruise Lines Proof Of Citizenship
The customer and all travelling passengers must have valid Canadian or USA Government Issued Passports for travel on all cruise lines listed on this website. Failure to have a valid Government Issued Passport will result in refusal of boarding by the cruise lines and no compensation will be forwarded to the customer.
Your valid Canadian Government Issued Passport must be valid for at least six (6) months after your scheduled return date.
Cruise Lines Registration
The customer is required to preregister for their specific individual cruise line online (world wide web) prior to their departure on any specific cruise. The customer must register him/herself and all passengers prior to sailing date to avoid refusal of boarding by the cruise lines and no compensation will be forwarded to the customer.
Cruise Air Options
World Wide Travel One Agency Group strongly recommends the purchase of the Cruise Air Option for all cruise line bookings to avoid or reduce the risk of problems for the customer should the airline be delayed, cancelled or any other issue that causes a delay in the transportation of the customer by the airline in reaching the cruise.
The customer who purchases the Cruise Air Option accepts that the cruise line reserves the right to choose the airline carrier, routing, flight times and airport from selected cities and does not guarantee direct flights. The Cruise Air Option, if selected, may require the customer to fly out the day before the date of the cruise departure and may require the customer to fly out the day after the date of the cruise arrival back to departure port at the sole discretion of the cruise line excluding one way cruise. The customer may not receive the option to cancel his/her cruise should the cruise line require a day before or day after airline transportation.
The customer who purchases the Cruise Air Option accepts that he/she will receive actual airline carrier, flight times and dates of departure/arrival no less than 7 days prior to the scheduled departure of their cruise.
Customer Air Option
World Wide Travel One Agency Group reminds the customer that if you select airline transportation other than the Cruise Air Option (as shown above) you are at risk should the airline transportation be delayed, cancelled or any other issue. World Wide Travel One Agency Group will not provide any compensation for missed cruise days or cruises.
Your transfers from/to the airport are not included by the cruise line and you are responsible for getting to/from the port ie ship.
If you do not select the Cruise Air Option, we strongly encourage you to arrive a day before your scheduled cruise departure date to avoid any problems with cancelled or delayed airline transportation that would cause you to miss your cruise.
Cruise Line – Arrival and Departure Times
World Wide Travel One Agency Group reminds the customer that all cruise lines adhere to the scheduled departure and arrival dates and departure and arrival times on your travel documentation and that we strongly recommend that you provide ample time to reach the cruise ship at all times including island visits to avoid being left on shore if the cruise ship has already departed from the dock.
The customer will not be compensated for any part of the cruise and will be responsible for getting themselves to the next port of call or meeting the ship at the home port of the cruise ship should you miss the cruise ship at your own expense.
Your Customer Questions
You "the user" warrant that you have taken the appropriate action and/or have obtained the answers to any customer questions before purchasing your specific travel product in person, by telephone or on this website and have or will obtain the answers to any questions relating to your travel product purchase and/or the specific travel supplier you have purchased or other source of information available to you.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group makes no representation to the accuracy of the information provided to you in person, by phone or through this website.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group provides you with complete control of your travel plan needs including controlling the use of the information you provide to World Wide Travel One Agency Group and its related affiliates.

Website Terms and Conditions
The customer of this website in using it, making reservations for travel and making payment for travel accepts and agrees to all terms and conditions of the purchase of this specific travel, the agency terms and conditions and the individual travel suppliers' terms and conditions.
The customer accepts that he or she (the customer whose email appears on any booking done through this website) is the only recipient of these terms and conditions and accepts and is legally able to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of all and any other individuals listed on any reservation made through this site.
The customer agrees to inform all other individuals that are listed on this reservation of the terms and conditions that the customer has accepted on their behalf.
Website Currency Selection
Airline, Hotel, Car and Vacations
World Wide Travel One Agency Group website prices are in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise noted on the screen.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group website prices are in United States Dollars unless otherwise noted on the screen.
Please note that all products may be subject to Federal/Provincial H.S.T. as required by Canadian or Province of Ontario law and may not be shown in the price. The user of this site authorizes us to charge this tax where applicable.
24/7 Emergency Travel and Customer Care Services
You "the user" warrant that should you and/or your travelling companions or all other individuals that are listed on this reservation access our 24/7 Emergency Travel Services and Customer Care Services pre travel, during or post travel with us that you agree to pay an additional service fee of $50.00 per call plus H.S.T. (where applicable). You may be charged or billed for this service.
This charge may appear up to 60 days after your call to our 24/7 Emergency Travel Services and Customer Care Centre.
World Wide Travel One Agency Group strongly recommends that you use our 24/7 Emergency Travel Services and Customer Care Centre only in cases of unexpected emergencies while travelling and not to check on flight departures/arrivals, confirmation of flights, weather or related general information.
You are provided with Travel Supplier Contact Numbers for General Information calls on your travel ticket documents and these numbers should be used for this purpose ie. to check on flight departures/arrivals, confirmation of flights, weather or related general information.
Promotional Discounts or Other Coupons
No additional promotional discounts or other coupons can be used when using this website.

We make your personal information available only to individual employees who require access to this information and to whom we have authorized to have access to any personal information regarding your travel reservations with us. What Is Your Personal Information
“Personal Information” is any information which is about an individual customer or potential customer of our agency and relates specifically to that individual and thus allows that individual to be identified. Collection, use and disclosure of personal information by businesses in Ontario is governed by the Federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act.(PIPEDA)
The Collection Of Personal Information
We collect and disclose personal information ie your name, address, birthdate, home phone number etc. to allow us to:
- provide you with both general information and specific detailed information regarding a potential travel purchase or service and/or other related detail that you may ask of us regarding our various services
- reserve or purchase a travel product or service that we provide for sale to the general public by using this information to confirm the reservation and/or purchase of travel product
- maintain and continue to service your individual travel reservation and/or purchase of travel product
- meet various legal and regulatory requirements of the various acts or laws which govern our operation and/or those of various third party suppliers that we are required to provide such information to allow us to perform our role on your behalf ie airlines require the proper legal spelling of your name etc, prior to allow us to complete the reservation and/or travel product purchase

Information To Third Parties
If you would like to know who we might of given your personal information to outside of our agency group, please contact us at our Customer Care Centre and we will provide the names of the third party companies whom have received your information. Please note that travel reservations and travel product purchases such as airline tickets require the agency to provide them with certain personal information about you to complete the reservation or travel product purchase on your behalf.
Destroying Personal Information
We will keep on paper file or electronic file personal information about you only as long as required to complete your reservation or travel product purchase on your behalf and required by law and federal bodies that regulate business and travel operations in Canada. Government, Business and Corporate Accounts personal information is held in our systems while these accounts are under contract with us or have an ongoing business relationship with our agency.
Employee Access Of Personal Information
Only our employees who require access to your specific personal information are given access to it and only access is provided at their place of employment. Employees are not allowed to take any personal information about any of our clients home or to another office under any circumstances. All our employees are required to sign an employee confidential agreement as condition of employment with our agency group that prohibits them from sharing personal information about any of our clients outside of our agency group at anytime during their employment with us and/ after their employment.
We often require you to provide us personal information either via a Business Travel Profile Form or Vacation/Cruise Booking Form. Your signature and submission of these forms to us or verbally through communication to any of our agents in person, via telephone or email provides us with implied consent to use and disclose identifying information about you to make a travel reservation or the purchase of a travel product internally or to any third party.

Promotional or Direct Marketing Information
You may receive promotional information from us from time to time over our business relationship with you. Should you not wish us to send promotional or direct marketing information to you, simply contact our Privacy Officer in writing at the address shown below and we will simply eliminate your information from our promotional or direct marketing efforts in the future. If you have already provided us this notice, we will respect your right and not forward any promotional or direct marketing information.
Previously Collected Personal Information
Our privacy notice came into effective January 1, 2004, and therefore any personal information we may have collected prior to this date will now be governed by our privacy notice.

Refusal or Withdrawal of Personal Information
You may at anytime refuse or withdraw personal information we may have on file about you individually with reasonable notice subject to any legal and contractual restrictions that may apply if you have a business travel account with us. If you refuse or withdraw your personal information, we will not be able to perform our travel services to you.
Personal File Information Access
We provide customers with, upon your written request to us, full disclosure to you of any information we have on file about you, subject to certain limitations. You simply need to contact our Privacy Officer in writing and they will provide you this information. Should we have made an error or your personal information is incomplete you have the right to update our files at anytime. We will respond to all written requests within thirty (30) days and will provide you with information we may have on you without charge to you. Should you request this information in a certain format, there may be a charge applicable to you and we will advise you of this charge prior to providing this information as you have asked us to provide any specific format.

Corporate client s must initiate claim within 30 minutes of agency issuing the airline ticket to make a claim on our Lowest Airfare Guarantee Program. The client must provide proof of the price of exact same airline ticket, ie class of service, arrival and departure times, etc, and be able to demonstrate that this fare is bookable by the general public and is not a private agency fare. All claims are subject to review and verification by our corporate office and their decision is final in any issues of dispute. Please allow for 2 to 4 weeks for any refund cheque to be mailed to you in cases where a lower fare is found.
Vacation Travel Guarantees

Vacation clients must initiate this guarantee by communicating in writing to or via email to the travel agency within 15 days of their return date home. Vacation clients must allow for the process of resolution to be completed with the applicable airline, coach tour company, tour vendor, cruise ship and/or other travel supplier before initiating request for $50.00 Future Travel Voucher. Vacation client cannot claim a $50.00 Future Travel Voucher if they receive compensation by a travel vendor for any difficulties.
